At VIP Rentals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
Items purchased from VIP Rentals may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are still attached
- The item is not a final sale or clearance product
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return
- You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Please don't send items back without a Return Authorization number, as this may delay processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect.
For defective or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification confirming receipt. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after we receive the item
- Refund issued: To the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank processing: An additional 3–5 business days may be required by your bank or credit card provider
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of the item you want.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
